Meal program
We have a lot planned for the future of our school. We need to bring back the meal program and we need to have all children attend classes in the morning.
This is a concern and plea from all of us, especially our teachers. Those studying in the afternoon come very hungry and tired, which negatively impacts their focus in class. For this, we need rooms.
We serve the underprivileged, and as there is a high amount of poverty around our school neighborhood, we can’t provide education for everyone. It’s always upsetting to leave the children we can’t serve behind. Therefore, we’ve decided to welcome children who have parents but live in miserable conditions. In addition, alongside registering new 1st graders as always, we will make exceptions for children to start at higher grades depending on their living situation. They all need support.
